Does anyone here use "Pass-Phrases" to protect their MacBook (or for other accounts and what-not)?

If so, can you guys provide some tips on what makes a *strong* Pass-Phrases that is also easy to remember?


Also, what support does Snow Leopard and Mountain Lion (??) provide for Pass-Phrases?
