I wonder if it's passable to hackintosh my Toshiba satellite pro S300 laptop with MAC os 10.6

My laptop hardware specifications:

Intel 45 express chipset family display
1 GIG RAM DDR1
250 GIG hard disk space
2.16 GH Intel dual core processor
