You think maybe Passbook + 1Password (or any password manager) will be combined one day. Would be nice to have all your Apps/Website password accessible with ease and have developers use it for there apps.

Passbook + 1Password

I think Passbook is only for passes, as in movie tickets, plane tickets, gift cards, that type of thing. It's not for passwords for websites. It's supposed to replace physical cards.
As of now Passbook does not have anything to do with passwords. AgileBits is safe for now
I think it's a good idea. 1Password is great, but if Apple integrated something would be so much better.
