Passbook - Boarding Pass Issue w/Apple Pay Enabled

So, I just tried to use my Jet Blue boarding pass at a TSA security check....I guess their reader has an NFC chip and when placing my 6+ on the scanner my boarding pass would disappear and default credit card would show.

Anyone experience this or know a way around it? I use the digital boarding passes frequently and could not see how to disable Apple Pay without deleting all my cards.

Right now the only solution seems to be to use the airline app instead of Passbook.

Same thing just happened to me at LGB TSA Precheck with an iPhone 6. Looks like a problem here. You should be able to turn off apple pay.
