Passbook Credit Card Notifications on Watch

I have my Amex card setup for Apple Pay on my phone and watch. Whenever I use that credit card, whether with Apple Pay or a regular swipe, I get a notification on my phone and it is mirrored to my watch. However, I never get a tap for this, just a red dot at the top of the screen...I can't seem to find any options for passbook or the cc to have a sound with the notification, which I know is what is required for haptic feedback. Is this normal? Is there a way to set it up so there is feedback?

That's what mine does too, doesn't bother me that it doesn't alert since I know I just used my card or ApplePay

99% of the time it's no bother as, like you said, you just used the card. But it might be helpful in situations...like when waiting on an Apple product that we ordered at launch. We all wait for that charge, so would be nice to get a tap to let us know.

I was really just making sure mine was operating correctly.
