Since upgrading to the iPhone 6 plus, I have been unable to get passbook to display on my lock screen, as it's supposed to. iPhone was setup as new, running iOS 8.1.2 and all necessary settings are enabled. I've tried toggling settings off/on, restarting the phone and resetting network settings. I've had the phone since release day and it's never worked. I'm hoping someone can finally help me resolve this issue, as having to open the passbook app every time I'm at a location where it can be used has become tedious. Thanks in advance.

Have you gone into your privacy preferences and checked your location services to see if that's enabled? Location Services needs to be on for both "Location Based Services" in System Services, and for each app that generated the cards in your passbook.
Location Services is how your phone knows whether to activate a pass or not. So if that's turned off, it won't know when it's appropriate to have those on your lock screen.
