Passbook/Wallet apps

since iOS 9 I haven't seen any new apps support for passbook
That was the only new I was looking forward to at the latest keynote but didn't see any
Seems to me either apple is giving up on passbook/wallet. I need more apps to support it

Wouldn't that be the developers of said apps to deliver support for Wallet?
