change you time settings to Manual, change your date to 1 year AHEAD.
now try again.

Don't change the year, just the month...I used November 21st 2012 and it worked...

Still nothing. I'm not too worried about it right now. Not something I see myself using all that much...

The fix did not work for me:(. I tried 7 or 8 times and gave up. Hopefully Apple will fix the problem soon. When I googled the problem I saw on other websites that many people could not get the fix to work. Bummer!

CMon people... I don't want to be rude, but use the freaking SEARCH feature.

This has been discussed multiple times. Stop wasting the forum.

This doesnt work for me and I've tried different dates. My passbook just cant connect to itunes. I can get in itunes and log in though.

Might be an overloaded server or something is down. Mine worked fine (although I never actually downloaded any apps) but now I'm getting the same error.

I don't want to try the date thing, won't that mess up my calendar and reminders? I have tons of reminders set up over the next 2 months or so.....

Regardless, I'll just wait....passbook is currently in a folder with the compass and other junk...

Same issue here.

Did the "back to the future" trick when iOS 6 was first installed and passbook was working fine.

Today can't connect to iTunes.
