Passbook

Hi just wanted to ask around the world what peoples opinion on passbook is, unless your flying it seams to be very pointless. No other club cards or member cards seam to have started using it, or is this just in the UK?

I used it awhile for my Starbucks card as it was easier to access to pay than using the Starbucks app, but with the last update of the Starbucks app that has changed and I no longer use Passbook.
