My iPhone is connected to Microsoft Exchange which requires a passcode for the iPhone. I noticed that the Apple Watch inherits this requirement, so the passcode is required to do most things.

I know the watch has a setting to not require the passcode multiple times if it is being worn. Does that really work? It would be a pain to have to use the passcode all the time.

Thanks

The passcode is only needed if you remove the watch and there's a setting to unlock the watch if you unlock the phone. I've not really run into an situation where I had to keep entering the passcode on my watch.
