"Passcode Lock" Issue

I switched from the simple 4 digit numbered passcode to the lettered one to show a friend what it does and now It wont let me switch back to the "simple" passcode. Basically the "on/off" switch is not highlighted anymore and cant switch back. Any work-around on this before re-installing ios6?

I have even gone into "change passcode" to see if that will let me activate "simple passcode" but it just makes me change the current lettered code.

What happenes when you change it to a 4 digit code? You don't need to enter letters, just enter 4 numbers. See if it lets you change it after making it 4 numbers.

hahahah PERFECT. Yes I entered 1111 and it now activated the "simple passcode" Why didn't I think of that.
