In iOS 7 and 8 the iPhone 5s displays this message when you restart it, but I noticed it when I rebooted my 4s this message appeared above the keypad, I also noticed that Control Center and Notification Center were disabled, and when I tried to use the camera grabber it just pulled up the passcode screen, did anyone else notice this on their devices?

Passcode required after restarting in Beta 4 for all devices?

Beta 4 was running slow on my iPod, so I restarted and it said the same thing. If I tried to take a screenshot it would respring.
