Passes in Wallet not updating

None of my passes that show a balance (e.g. Starbucks card) are updating automatically. Automatic Updates are turned on for each pass. I have tried force closing Wallet and reopening, deleting and readding the pass, turning off/turning on phone. Have checked on someone else's phone and automatic updates for Starbucks card are working properly. Anyone else experiencing this?

(Running iOS 10.0.2 on iPhone 7 Plus)
