Password incorrect

Can someone tell me why everytime i hang up from a phone call the message
(password incorrect) pops up on the phone...this did not happen until the last up date.

Maybe VM issues? Try retyping the password in your settings

No luck there strange my wife has a 3gs hers is doing the same thing after last up date?

It's your voicemail causing the issue. Had the same problem. You'll have to reset the VM password to fix it. Calling 611 and following the prompts to reset fixed it for me.

Yeah I know this is an old thread but...
I never had a password for my voicemail ((3G just updated to 4.2.1)Major PIA)) and after working through the 'forever to backup fiasco' Now my 3G wants a voicemail password.GGRRRRR.
I left MS for this!?
