Two items are going to keep the iPhone (and iPad) out of my company, meaning blackberry and droid only.
1) Activesync
2) Password problems, the claim is that when the phone has the wrong password for access it does not ask for the correct one and therefor locks out the account. Apparently this problem occurs on the iPad as well, one example provided me was a phone with a bad password locking out access to the account but the iPad was fine which is where the user had updated the password.
