Password keychain prompts

I get this prompt on every login. I can't really tell that it's actually coming from the app that it says that it is.

1) Will upgrading to Sequoia help to clear this behaviour, or do I need to do a fresh reinstall?

2) Will upgrading to a machine with a fingerprint reader reduce this behaviour?

3) Isn't this a bad design? Any other ways to avoid this?

According to Apple, assistantd is a "Daemon that enables Siri features"
You could try to disable Siri and reboot.
