I have an iPhone and iPad but use a windows computer is there anything out there that can sync between all of them? Also that doesn't have a subscription fee like a yearly cost. One time cost is fine I just don't want to be paying it forever. Thanks in advance.

Keepass version 1, Dropbox, and passdrop for iOS. Works perfectly for me and has for sometime. Beauty of passdrop compared to mini keepass is that Dropbox integration is built right in so no fumbling trying to remember to sync every time you make a change.

Amazingly years after biometric is understood, we still deal with 20 century passwords.

I prefer LastPass. LastPass is cross-browser, and cross-platform. So I can use it on Safari, Chrome, Firefox, OS X, iOS, and Windows.

It's also endorsed by Steve Gibson, security researcher of the Gibson Research Corporation and the podcast Security Now.

LastPass is a nice choice but you must be a premium customer to have mobile application access. I recently switched to Dashlane and it does the job very well. Enable 2 step verification and you're good to go.

Dash line is free right? How's the security?

No and yes, they have a premium version also. I was an early adopter so I got the whole thing free for life. Security seems good - they have a page on it so you can read it up there.

Ewallet by Illium. I've used it for years. Syncs via wifi with the desktop program on your PC. I have it on my iPad, phone, PC, and my husband's iPad.
