password manager that uses keychain format?

I'm looking for ways to synchronize passwords between my macs and android devices. There appear to be some attractive options on the market but, this search leads me to what seems to be an obvious question. Is there a third party app that uses the keychain format? From the Wikipedia page it sounds like the keychain format is open source. How about an android app that can open the keychain file?
