Password manager with sync over cable

Hi,
I'm looking for a password manager that I can sync with my iPhone using the USB cable - I know of 1Password and KeePass etc etc but they all require LAN connection to sync, don't have access to wifi at work so need to sync through the USB cable...

Anyone got any suggestions?
