Technically this isn't my problem but my cousin's problem. He has a Macbook Pro and recently had to reinstall Mac OS X, from what I understand he used time machine to restore his files, settings, account, ect... And apparently now on login his password to his account is not accepted. He stated that he did not change the password from what it was before the reinstall of his OS.

Anyone here have an idea on what would cause this problem?

He Assured me he did not change his Password, this whole event happened within the pass day, so I doubt he would of forgotten.

I did inform him to try the Install Disc to see if it gives him any possible options. I myself was not sure if the Disc could be used for password restoring, but now that I know it can I will inform him.

Thank You
