Password on Awake from sleep but NOT from screensaver?

Is there any way to do this? Often times I'll be gone for a few minutes and the screensaver will be on, but I'll still be around. However, if the computer goes to sleep (1 hour) that usually means I'm not around. So I'd like to require a password upon waking from sleep, but not from a screensaver. Is there any way to do this?
