Password Required for Prefpane?

Hi, I wanted to use teleport on a school computer so i could use my MBP trackpad on their imacs. I was wondering if an Admin password is required if I am just temporarily installing a .prefpane on that single user (not all the accounts). If it is, is there any way that I can install it without the admin password?

School computer? My guess is that they have it setup to require a password no matter whether one or multiple users. And no, I don’t think you will get any help with a work around for a security process.

Okay thanks. I guess I can just try it and see if it works. If not, the admins might give me permission.
