Password troubles with Parallels 14

I bought Parallels 14 as an upgrade from 11.
After installing Parallels Tools I couln't login when I restarted. I discovered the Keyboard was changed from Dutch Belgian to English QWERTY in Windows 10. I could solve this problem. However I can't login under Windows 7 (incorrect password) and there the change of keyboard didn't help.
Can someone give me advice?

This sounds like a password problem with Windows 7, not with Parallels. There are some solutions in this thread I found.
