1Password is great! Can be synced with Dropbox, and you can also buy the desktop app.

One thing I think is great is that you can also open the keychain file in a browser (e.g. In a net cafe) and view your passwords and CC without having the 1Password app installed

1Password is brilliant. Bought the iOS version of it (1Password 4) and helped beta test 1Password 4 on Mac.

For $18 iOS and $40 Mac or Windows ($56 for Mac+Windows) it better be brilliant!

KeePass for Mac/Windows and MiniKeePass for iOS is the poor man's solution. Doesn't integrate into your browsers like 1Password will...but I don't like stuff like that tied to my browers, personally.
