hi there so I have a ipad 4 that belongs to my mum who is in her 70s she asked me to reset it because she doesn't remember her apple id for it so I set her up with another apple id plugged it into iTunes and reset it BIG MISTAKE I didn't realise find my ipad was enabled on it now I did do a back up before it was reset but now its stuck on an activation screen and it wants her old password wich she doesn't remember is there anyone that can help I would be most appreciated
