iPhone 11 Pro Passwords not showing up

Running on an iPhone 11 Pro Max. Latest iOS. When presented with any app or website wanting a password, I no longer have the "passwords" option when the keyboard comes up. Not sure why it went away, not sure how to fix it.

Do you have autofill passwords on? It's located in Passwords and Accounts.
