iPod touch Passwords problem with Firmware 2.0

Has anyone noticed now when you type in a password, the last letter pressed is ALWAYS visible? How can I get rid of this? If this is a new feature, I am dissapointed. I'd rather re-type the password if I make a mistake, I don't want to be able to see the last letter I type!

Unfortunately it's a feature.

If you type fast enough, the previous letter turns into an anonymous dot straight away.
