"paste special" function in numbers.app ?

I work alot with Excel and would like to switch with a less serious sheets to numbers.app.

Is there a "paste special" function in numbers.app ?

Can I use this function, to copy value, formulas, styles, format from an Excel sheet to a numbers.app sheet?
