Pastebot + Backgrounder

Anyone have any suggestions? Pastebot looks at the clipboard when it is in the backgrounded (not foreground), but when you "Backgrounder" it, you're forcing the foreground into the background.

Is there any way to make it behave indefinitely in the background state with backgrounder? Or some other tweak?
