Pasting in Outlook (for Mac)

Trying to "keep source formatting" when I paste something in Outlook for Mac. Gives you the option in Outlook for Windows, which keeps the formatting and retains any pictures you copy from Word.

In the Mac version, can't see to paste the pictures too.

Any help please?
