PATA or SATA?

Hi,

To all you lucky Mac Pro (early (2008) owners and users: Would you be able to tell me if the Mac Pro is shipping with shipping with the optical drive(s) connected via a SATA or PATA connection(s)?

I figured it would be SATA, but some posts I have read seem to imply that it may be PATA.

I read that there are six SATA ports on the motherboard. Do you know if they are accessible for use with CD drives?

They are. The bad thing is that they are hard to access unless you got nice little and flexible fingers
