Patch JailbreakMe 3.0 PDF Vulnerability

There is a patch available to download in Cydia that closes the security vulnerability used by JailbreakMe 3.0. Just do a search in Cydia for "PDF Patcher 2" and install from there. This closes the security hole immediately so you are not left open to malicious attacks after the jailbreak.

I'm sure Apple will release iOS 4.3.4 shortly that will also plug this security hole as they did with iOS 3.2.2 after JailbreakMe 2.0 was released last August.

It's in the BigBoss repository http://apt.thebigboss.org/repofiles/cydia/

I don't remember if BigBoss is one of the Sources included by default in Cydia or not. If you don't have BigBoss showing in your Sources list, just click Edit in the top right corner and then add it using the repo address from above.

Yes you can rejailbreak in this case. You can actually uninstall the patch from within Cydia if you ever needed to for whatever reason.
