I am an Apple fan, and definitely an iPhone fan, and I am sitting patiently, awaiting the eventual release of iOS 6.1.3, if for no other reason than to lock down that passcode issue.

Conventional wisdom says it'll be out in April. Has anyone heard anything different?

Apart from fixing the passcode bug and improvement to Maps (for Japan only!), ios 6.1.3 is useless ... there is NO other changes included so if you suddenly see good battery, consider it a placebo for sure

You are NOT the only ones waiting, Apple still has NOT givin us ADC Members a new Beta in almost a Full Month now, As of today we are still @ IOS 6.1.3 Beta 2! Just FYI.

Are you really losing sleep over this? 99% of people don't know how to exploit this issue. And any smart user could steal your phone and DFU mode it anyways.
