Their SSD drives are advertised as supported by OSX, they are not. Their support is completely nonexistent, their forum is unstaffed and now their website is down.
Tiger direct refuses to take return of this defective drive, PM does not monitor their forum, their "live help" is always offline, they have no phone number to contact for support and they do not reply to RMA code request e-mails.
