My thought EXACTLY.
She didn't show up at the studio alone, someone did her hair and make up, there were plenty of people around (including the producer, assistance and crew) to know that she was not in a state of mind to do a tv interview.
I have worked on many of these satellite interviews and believe me, there is a very crowded room as these are being done.
Seems like I heard some where that she has an eating disorder and starves herself regularly. True?
