iPod touch Paying for upgrading apps?

I'm sure there are going to be apps that are going to be upgraded (fixes for bugs, and tidbits), but will you have to pay for it again? Or is there going to a free way to upgrade the current app?

i've already seen 2 updates on the apps that i have, so far they were free

I would like to see additional Levels added to the Games
hopefully free, but if they add 50 - 100 more Enigmo Levels or expand Aqua Forest..I might pay 2 bucks if it seems worth it
