I don’t post here often, but thought this would be then best place to ask
I purchased the iPhone this morning. Got the confirmation email. About an hour ago I got a text and email saying there was a problem processing my payment and to login to update. I show a charge on my card for another Apple purchase, but not the phone. I tried calling and chatting, but due to high volume I can’t even wait on hold to talk to someone. I cannot update any payment online and there is no issue noted either under orders. There shouldn’t be a payment issue because the other payment went through.
About 5 minutes ago I got my AT&T agreement, so I don’t know what’s going on. I have a 9/20 delivery date. Do you think this will be a problem?
