Payoff ATT Next iphone 6 right away?

Ordered an extra iPhone 6+ through ATT Next that my girlfriend now says she doesn't want, but her sister would like me to sell to her. Can I payoff immediately the NEXT total balance amount and give to her sister, or do I have to pay a couple of bill cycles?
