Paypal help: refund funds on hold

Basically I purchased a phone from eBay and paid £385 and I received it but the phone was blocked, the sell agreed to a refund as they received the phone through the post and refunded the money today but I have noticed the funds are now on hold which is rightly my money, so why is my refund on hold when it's my money returned to me? How long will i have to wait and will the money go straight into my bank account or will it appear on my paypal balance? Thanks and please tell me there's nothing to worry about.
