PB 3 Download Issue

In the purchases tab of the App store I click download and to the left of the download button, in red, it reads 'An error has occurred'.

If I go to the Updates it asks for a restart, I restart and it hangs, it's been tried several times and overnight.

It's been like this for a week now! Anyone help? I'm running 10.10 on a 2.7GHz Mid 2011 27" iMac

reset your SMC and PRAM and if that doesn't fix it, then wait for the official release if you can. If you can't then you can always do an entire OS reinstall and that will most likely fix it.
