Hi

I am about to purchase a 12" Powerbook from the Apple website. I dont have a lot of cash at the moment, and so want to keep the add-ons at this stage to a bare minimum. Subsequently, I expect to improve on the memory, hard drive size, airport connectivity at least. Can anyone help me out with what add-ons should be done at apple level, and what can just as easily be done subsequently.

Thanks in advance

I would suggest that you get the base system and the hard drive from apple when you make your purchase. Airport, memory, etc can be purchased later without current losses from apple itself or from other places. I would say do not buy RAM from apple. Its way overpriced.
