PB G4: Frequent crashes

Hey,
my PB G4 crashes whenever I listen to music or watch a movie after about 2-5 minutes. When I do some text editing or surfing, it takes about 20-100 minutes till the display freezes.
After an instant restart neither mouse nor keyboard works. I have to leave the PB turned off for some 5 minutes till it starts working again correctly.
Anyobdy got an idea how to solve that problem ?
I'm afraid that it's a serious issue.

What do the System Logs (console, panic.log, etc) say when the crashes occur.

Please post them so we can see what is going on.
