PB G4 won't turn on even after new logic board!

Hello people. I recently got a broken Titanium PowerBook G4. It was broken but I figured I could fix it. It would not turn on, charge the battery, nothing, no sign of life at all... So I went on eBay, and bought a new logic board, put it in and... It didn't work. The specs beneath the battery read as follows:
PowerBook G4 500Mhz/1mb cache/512mb/30GB/8mb-video/DVD/AP
I'm just wondering if anyone has a fix or if this ever happened to anyone besides me. Thanks.
