Running Public Beta 3 within an UIM instance on my M1P MBP, clean install
I have two accounts, admin user (created at install) and standard (created after first login). Can login to admin and make changes to the system. When asked for admin PW, this is accepted without a hitch.
When using the standard user, entering the admin credentials just gets me the wiggly window (for example for chaining the hostname).
Logging back in as the admin, I’m able to make changes. I created a new admin user, can login with that one, make changes, but from the standard user, I cannot enter these new admin credentials. It's not a keyboard or language problem, 'cisco' is not that hard to type ;-)
I think that it didn’t happen in PB2, but that VM is gone so I can’t check back.
Does anyone else encounter this? Are fixes known?
Otherwise I’ll send a feedback to Apple.
Thanks a lot
Simon
