PB3 Screen flicker

Got an external monitor going. Getting screen flickers on 32 inch 144hz IPS panel 4k

It’s using USB C To connect to a M1 Max 14 inch

Wonder if anyone else found any new flicker issues. Maybe it’s a monitor problem?
