PB6 installed on USB need help

Ok i was one of the Pb6 beta. I originnally partitioned my drive to install yosemite. I have mavericks installed on the other partition. I have yosemite on a usb installer. How would i get ride of the partition and the usb installer and just have yosemite on my mac?
