PC Autoplay CD convert to Movie File to play on mac

I have some CCTV footage that I have on CD that i want to convert to a movie file so I can play it on my mac, the only problem is the CD wont play on my mac as it contains a lot of pc files.

Autorun.inf
data1.cab
data2.cab
icon.ico
ikernal.ex
layout.bin
preSet.exe
regsvr32.exe
sensormatic.bmp
Setup.bmp
setup.ini
setup.ix

What can I do with these files to convert it into a movie file.
Help much appreciated.
