hi all, i'm new here and to the world of macs. :)
I tried to use migration assistant from my old pc laptop to my mac but my laptop crashed and turned off halfway through the process. I was going to turn off migration assistant on my mac and restart the whole process but upon clicking the 'x' a box came up saying "migration is in process, it is recomended you do not quit now".

*after the pc crashed and turned on, i turned on migration assistant but it's not picking up the mac, which still thinks it's in the process of transferring everything...

Can i exit the migration assistant program on the mac without anything being deleted on either laptop or mac and then restart the whole process?

thanks :)
