I'll apologize in advance because this question has probably already been asked somewhere here!
When I try to sync it tells me everything will be deleted & replaced with what is in itunes. Its the same itunes user name & all but I cant bring myself to risk loosing all the info. It's not anything too important, just a lot of music and I'm a total dork & don't want to lose my $2 million on WSOP app.
 Please help me anyway!

Before you sync your new pc to your iPhone, i think you should you some tools to backup the apps, music and everything into your new pc.

I think you can try this one: iTong. It's new!
http://itong.tongbu.com/

See what they said:
App/Game Record Backup
iTong provides you with the Advanced Backup option to backup installed apps back to .ipa packages with your app/game record! So after reinstallation you don’t have to start over on a game or be upset about app data loss.

Device Files Manager
With iTong you can use your device as an USB Portable Disk. Add/Delete/Search files just like under Windows, but in a more handy and friendly way. It’s now easier to export music
/movies/ringtones/books to PC as a backup.
