Pc free restore

Recently Apple called the iPhone 4/4S "Truly PC free". Is that really the case. I have an older mac mini that does not support iCloud or anything older than Snow Leopard. If the iPhone is "PC FREE" how can I restore my iPhone to factory settings without a PC? IS it possible or are we not quite at the "PC FREE" stage?

No, to erase a JB you need to plug it to a computer and restore.
The erase all wont work with a JB device.
